Before and After...19 months after...

Just got back from a fabulous vacation to South Georgia...Tybee Island, just off the coast of Savannah...the fuzzy picture was taken during the haunted pub crawl!  And then spent a few more days farther south...at the Southernmost in Key West!  Yes, I paraded around the beach in a bikini...flappy skin and all!

You guys are such a wonderful support. The best part of vacation was being able to walk for miles on the beach and to snorkel and to play in the ocean and not get winded and not collapse in pain at the end of the day. I feel so very healthy. Forever thankful!
