Scale Victory
So for the past year I have strayed and have let my emotions get the best of me on Saturday this past week i commited to doing a whole30 which for those who are not familiar it cuts out all additvies, sugar, dairy, grains and legumes, and eating all natural/organic meats, veggies and limited fruits, and good fats(cashews olives avocado etc. essentially it is the beginning to eating paleo, I have lost 6.5 lbs since starting it and even better I feel amazing I have more energy and am finding I still have a lot of restriction in my pouch and relearning how food is fuel and how good real food tastes. I can not wait to continue this journey and lose my 20lb regain and maybe even get down to my original goal. Was so excited just wanted to share.
