What apps do you use?
I am using an app called Eat slower. It's free and it's a timer that you set to go off at an interval to tell you when to take a bite. I am a fast eater so this has helped. I was getting sick... better since I started this.

I'm using an app called Up and it syncs with my Jawbone wristband. Similar to a fitbit but I can sync with Bluetooth rather than having to connect to the computer. I love it so far! $150 for the jawbone though. A bit pricier than the fitbit.
