Just wondering what apps everyone uses on their phone to help you out.

My fitness pal is a good one. Also if you get a fitbit or another similiar tracking device, it will sync with MFP.  Good luck :)

I use MyFitnessPal, Up, and WaterIn.   The up syncs with mfp and water in is just a simple water tracker.

I have a fitbit, so I use the fitbit app. It has everything, I really like it.

i use the myfitnesspal, and i have the withings pulse and scale, so i use the withings app ... it bluetooths my weight, body fat %, pulse, steps, activity, etc. i love it!

I have a FitBit flex and scale, so I use the Fitbit app for exercise. I still use Sparkpeople for water and food tracking as I find the fitbit app to be glitchy and often couldn't add/edit things directly into the app (would have to log onto the computer to make certain changes). I also use Eat Chew Rest and Mindful Eating on the advice of the bariatric center I am going through, for practice to get through chewing and resting in between bites and monitoring head hunger & feelings.

I actually don't like MFP at all.  I don't like the user interface.  However, I do LOVE LOVE LOVE the LoseIt app and website.  Might wanna check it out.

I use MFP but I'm looking for something else. MFP recently changed the message when you click "finished logging for today". It used to tell me what I could expect to weigh in 5 weeks, plus a little heads up that I might not be eating enough. Now I get a lengthy lecture about not eating enough and no fun little weight prediction.  Sorry...my stomach is the size of a shot glass and if I can get 750 calories in a day I consider it a triumph!
