What apps do you use?
I have a FitBit flex and scale, so I use the Fitbit app for exercise. I still use Sparkpeople for water and food tracking as I find the fitbit app to be glitchy and often couldn't add/edit things directly into the app (would have to log onto the computer to make certain changes). I also use Eat Chew Rest and Mindful Eating on the advice of the bariatric center I am going through, for practice to get through chewing and resting in between bites and monitoring head hunger & feelings.
I use MFP but I'm looking for something else. MFP recently changed the message when you click "finished logging for today". It used to tell me what I could expect to weigh in 5 weeks, plus a little heads up that I might not be eating enough. Now I get a lengthy lecture about not eating enough and no fun little weight prediction. Sorry...my stomach is the size of a shot glass and if I can get 750 calories in a day I consider it a triumph!
