I had surgery 12/13 I am now down 100lbs. I still have 20lbs I want to loose. Unfortunately I have been at a stall this past month. I love that I have lost all this weight but a lot of times I don't see it on myself.. I still feel like the fat girl.. I am also not happy with the loose skin. Has anyone had tricare approve fixing the loose skin? This pic is about 20 lbs under what I was at my heaviest. I'm having a hard time posting the pic. How do I post a pic?

You have to upload the pic to your profile and then you can copy and paste it in the message window.  

Just right click on the picture and choose copy image, then go into your post window and right click and choose paste and it should show up.

Then you can click on the picture and resize it as necessary.

I totally relate about not seeing the weight loss on yourself. I didnt see the gain, nor do I see the loss UNLESS I see it in a picture.

Congrats on your weight loss.  I just scheduled my surgery today and I am excited but very scared.  How did you feel about the surgery, I mean do you have any regrets or did you have any complications after the surgery?  I am just trying to find some answers from people who have gone through the surgery and if you don't mind sharing your experience I would appreciate it.

WOW YOU LOOK GREAT!  I think our starting weights are pretty similar so I am so excited to see your pictures.  I am waiting on a surgery date and also using Tricare.  I have not heard of anyone getting approved for skin removal surgery, but hopefully someone will answer with some great tips, LOL.
