Hello, new to site...And already have a question ?
Hello, I am new to the site , I had RNY last June, my Iron is low. I was told to take 300 mgs of carbonly iron, is it okay to take all at once if it doesn`t upset my pouch?
I take it with Vitamic C 2000 mgs. I just started this dose last week and I have been taking it all at once, then I found this site and thought WOW, all these people to ask!!!

I take 300 mg carbonyl at once. I was told by vitalady (Michelle) that was fine.

Great news, was having trouble fitting in 2 doses with my 4 doses of calcium.
I take 2000 mgs of calcium per Drs orders due to Bone Density showing Osteopenia. I hope I do not need this much iron long. I used to take 65 mgs from Bariatric Advantage and my Iron was always fine. I had a surgery and for some reason my Iron dropped to 30.
