Very tired and sleepy 3 months post-op. Normal?

Hi all. At about 2.5 months post-op I started to get very weak, tired and I'm sleeping more. I had my blood levels checked and some meds had to be modified but most were pretty good. The exception is my growth hormone which is much lower than usual (igf-123). Electrolytes were a little low but had an IV 2 weeks  ago and my blood levels came back up but unfortunately my energy did not.

Anyone have a 3 month post-op crash?

Yup - sure did.  Might check your B12 - this makes a huge difference in my energy level.  You also may need to up your calories a bit with protein/fat/carb balance that works for you.  If your electrolytes are low are you drinking enough?  Sometimes I need to make sure I get enough sodium in my diet so that I don't get dehydrated.  These are just ideas.  Hope you feel better soon!
