I am a Nerd!

What is gerd? I just can't seem to figure this one out! Also, I want to put a profile picture up, but I can't get that figured out either! Can somebody help me?

Nice subject!    GERD is basically heartburn or acid reflux disease.    You see TV commericals all the time pushing drugs for it.

GERD is when your inner dragon is unleashed and you are capable of spewing fire from your mouth!!! It is highly uncomfortable and you will commit murder to make it stop. I knew it was time to seek help when water was giving me heartburn.
