3 month stall?

I am currently 19 months post op and have been stuck around 313 lb mark for about 3 months? Has anyone else had this happen? I am getting super frustrated! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

When I have had a stall, I found that upping my exercise and activity time helped break it. I have also seen others that adjust their calorie intake for the day by several hundred calories and that breaks their stall.

When I stall I know I've usually gotten a bit more loose about eating. A bit of grazing, less exercise or something else. I have to get honest on everything going in my mouth!
