Tai Chi

I take Tai Chi and, for me, it's not enough. It doesn't get my heart rate up and is more meditative than anything else. It's great for balance and flexibility, but it wouldn't work for me as my sole source of exercise.

Thanks to all *****sponded.  I got a lot of good ideas.

I just thought to tell you I do walk or ride a bike daily for cardio.  I was just trying to think of exercise to do when the snow flies, Yes Michigan (which will be Halloween according to our weather report).  I am also going to try out my pilates machine again(got to put it together).  Just planning ahead.

Oh how I don't miss Kalamazoo winters!  (I went to Kalamazoo College.)  It might be worth it to join a gym for the winter in order to have access to a treadmill!
