App for counting what you eat

Can someone please tell me the app which records what you eat and tells you the calories, protein, fat and carbs? Is that the one you use to track everything you put in your mouth. I am almost 1 month out and with my menu becoming more diversified it is. Not as easy as it was to write everything down and figure it out. Thanks

I use sparkspeople.com but I found some good ones by goggle

Lose It or My Fitness Pal are popular ones with many features.

I use My Fitness Pal and I love it.  I also sync my Fitbit to MFP and it records the calories burned from my steps above the metabolic burn. 

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

I use Sparkpeople.com. It's easy, interesting and their smart phone app works great.

agree I use my fitness pal and sync it with fitbit and map my fitness, works very well
