I have tried a few salad dressings. It's kinda hit and miss. Some are horrid, others acceptable. I like the 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs aspect of them though. Has anyone else tried anything else from there?

Hey, I just stumbled on Panera's Raspberry Vinaigrette with 20 Calories and low carbs too-- I only use a bit -- and it's pretty good, too!

Hey K.W. Who was your surgeon at the Clinic? Do you live in Cleveland? My surgeon was Schauer. I'm 4 weeks out from RNY

Hi and congratulations on your surgery!  My surgeon was Dr. Matthew Kroh.  I live about an hour and half away from Cleveland (although I work in the city often) -- near Youngstown.

I used to years ago buy the Walden farms chocolate syrup. I would use it for my chocolate fix. chocolate milk or freeze banana slices with a dollop of chocolate on it. Now I have a SF chocolate Syrup from U-bet. As far as dressings go I like the Bolthouse farms ones. The Blue Cheese is 35 calories for 2 TBSP and 1 carb. I have used some of the Panera ones too. I also like the Trader Joe's Champagne Pear Vinaigrette. 45 calories for 2 tbsp and 4g carbs. Honestly you really shouldn't use totally fat free salad dressing on your salads anyway, as some of the healthy vitamins you are trying to get from that salad are fat soluble ones. you need fat present for your body to use them.

I have used walden farms dressing now for some time. it will take some trial and error to find ones you like. I use the French and Russian the most. All the others I did not like after trying them. Honey Mustard one is not bad but usable when in need of that.
