Three month post labs and they want what?!?!

Was not expecting to have to provide a stool sample.  They sent me home with a "kit".  I guess there is a first for everything.

Consider yourself fortunate.  I haven't had the easiest time getting lab requests honored.  Salute to your doctor's lab orders and, well, salute to your contribution!!

It is a colon cancer test, and you should take it annually.  Not related to RNY.  Just good health care.

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

I had to do one prior to surgery. They said it was related to my liver function, and just precautionary.

Haha!  I was surprised when I has handed a giant jug for a 24hr urine collection at my 6 month labs.  No one expects the giant pee jug!

Better to be handed a big jug for urine than a big jug of urine.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
