Vitamin D3

Good morning!  I have all my vitamins bought... except I know I am low on D3.  I've been taking D3 1000ius a day capsules. (per docs order)  I can't take them post-surgery, so I know that nature made makes a chewable D3, just wondering if anyone has found it in a store or just bought it on-line?  Thanks in advance!!

NOW brand has a chewable D3. Health stores around here have it on the shelf, but it's also available online. I use the 5,000 chewable daily. They have a B12 lozenge also. All my levels have stayed in the high end of the range so far using these.

Why can't you take the capsules post-surgery?

I take a much bigger dose than 1000 IU so I haven't tried the Nature Made.  I hadn't tried any chewable D3, actually.  I take 50,000 IU D3 from Vitalady.com and they are really small capsules.

Dietician said all chewable right after surgery.  No capsules.  I agree, they are small.

I bought some Vitamin D3 drops from Vitamin Shoppe. Had my blood taken today and I will find out if it is making  a difference next week. I have had low Vit D for years and the pills never seemed to help me.
