What's on your menu (photo) Friday, RNYers?
Good morning RNY'ers (still morning here). I'm a little late to the party today, but it has been the usual parade of Friday morning meetings. Here is my Friday photo. I took it today in my office. As you can sort of tell, I have an awesome view. This is toward the North. My west facing view is of the Portland skyline. Not a bad place to be if you have to be at work.
I have a friend coming to visit from Seattle tomorrow. Another friend is having a 50th birthday party tomorrow, so we'll be going to that. I have a Pilates class tomorrow morning, and then I need to make corn muffins for the party.
Time since surgery: 9 weeks

L: 2 oz. chicken thigh meat, 1/8 cup yakisoba noodles and vegetables
S: Deli ham and Laughing Cow Queso Fresco wedge
D: 1/2 can tuna and tbsp canola mayo
S: 1/2 c cottage cheese
Totals: Calories 507, Protein 69, Fat 17, Carbs 24
V/W: Started
E: gym after work
I'm low in calories, so I will need to add something else at some point during the day. Have a great weekend everyone!

Thanks so much Anny. It is hard sometimes for me to see the change, but it is slowly starting to happen. It was a big step to move from shopping in the big girl departments to the regular girl departments. I am still trying to wrap my head around it, but it is a nice problem to have!
