Can we take Nature Made D3 2000IU?

Listed on the other ingredients is calcium carbonate. Is it ok to take this. I was taking gel until I read on here that we can't.

sure, you can take it, just can't count the carbonate toward your calcium totals. Also carbonate can cause kidney stones.
