Ahhh...balance. My leg are scary swollen... and extra long ride home due to traffic didn't help... so back to couchtime, compression and legs elevated...

I love the dress and the lunchbox both JB. I can sew as my mom was a home economics teacher and taught me well. I can make about any pattern but I just don't have the patience any more. It requires sitting still and I don't do much of that anymore. My youngest taught himself to sew and knit and even had a pair of jeans and fleece jacket he made go to the state fair. He is very precise and particular and his work is perfect. Suffice it to say mine is not. It won't fall apart but the inside won't be all neat and tidy. Beautiful day here in Illinois and Lily and I headed out at 540 for our three plus miles so that is done . Post op 4 years and weight at 118 today. Here's the food B1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 3 oz deli ham and cheese cup of pumpkin pie L &Fit  Greek yogurt D 31/2 oz grilled steak and mushrooms 1/2 c green beans S mission one chocolate chip cookie protein bar.  Plans today are setting up coffee hour at church, running through music, leading church service including music and the sermon and then home for lunch. After lunch I'll finish loading the RV up and at 2 I go to the local nursing home to lead singing,do my sermon again and come home and hop in the RV. Yeah for three days away from home and some Responsibilities! I'll see you again Thursday morning and make some amazing choices until then!

JB, your cuteness is never ending .

QOTD: I can sew , but not cloth. I never learned how to make anything however I was trained to sew up skin for my Drs. My menu today is boring but I'm trying to see how little I can eat today. My pouch is clearly not like anyone else's pouch and 1/4-1/2 cup or 3-4 ounces causes me to feel nothing at all, so I'll be trying my best to eat it and not a drop more. I was hoping this tool was going to be a tad more powerful, and it seems to be for most. I'm still stuck at 28 lbs lost and the scale refuses to budge , even with amaw.i started at 170,  After the first 2 days I was up 2 lbs then dropped 3 but now it's back at 170 .

Pre breakfast: coffee with protein milk dashed in

B: 3 ounces sausage

L : 4 ounces chicken rotisserie

d: 4 ounces meatballs

s premier protein chocolate

Darn that slow weight loss. I can easily eat more than 3-4 oz as well and have to be really careful to limit myself.

Ahhh, your ability to sew people instead of cloth makes you sounds like a lost character from Silence of the Lambs...! Ahhh!

Keep going with the plan. If you are really restricting calories, there is just no way that it won't drop, eventually! You got this!

Great job on the school. I'm sure it will be appreciated. Have fun on your boat ride. I love boats.

i can't sew, but my mom can make anything. She recently turned my fancy size 24 top into a fabulous size 14 dress for a Gatsby boat party. She used to make a lot of my clothes when I was little. She knits the most beautiful things & should really sell them.

Going to to spend a few days at a resort in Muskoka - at the lake. Can't wait, but a little worried about what I will eat. I will make good choices.

Today's plan includes: protein coffee, cheese & grapes, hot dog for lunch and hopefully seafood for dinner; I will pack protein bars, just in case.

Have a great day all.

No I don't sew very well. I took home ec in school. I learned how to make a boom box shaped pillow. Haha! When my husband and I were dating, I said I'd always really wanted to learn how to sew, and so he bought me a very nice sewing machine for my birthday, and some sewing lessons came with it. I was "too busy"...I wish I had made time because once you have little kids it is really hard to get away! Maybe someday. Anyway, I have made a couple simple things over the years. My oldest has taken some classes and can do better.

Well...tomorrow's the big day! So the menu today is of course clear liquids, and I have a lovely bottle of mag citrate chilling for me for this afternoon.
