Occasional shakiness?

I have noticed that I get mildly "shaky" on occasion, and I'm wondering if it's common for post-op RNY'ers? Perhaps it's a low-sugar or protein issue? Does anyone have any experience with this? I take my vitamins and typically eat plenty of protein and very low sugar.

Hi -

I did early out, especially in the afternoon. I made sure that 1) I was drinking enough, and 2) I was eating protein every 3 hours.

are you eating anything that would cause sugar drop? like carbs?

Not really, but I'm trying to pay close attention to what I have eaten before I have one of these moments. Thanks for your response!

I'm doing it now. I had some egg and cheese for breakfast and eating a little steak right now ..... I'm not sure why but it happens occasionally .

This happens to me occasionally too.  But it doesn't feel the same as when I've experienced low blood sugar in the past - which was horrible!  This sort of feels like I'm mildly vibrating.  A very strange sensation.
