I get it. Last night I made chili and cornbread. I've been fairly easily forgoing the cornbread up until now. Since i replaced my stove I decided I just had to try how this tasted out of my new oven. It did not disappoint; and I was overly full as a result. But I was thankful for it because I'd likely have kept picking at it all night otherwise.

seriously, the only thing keeping me from my old habits right now is this surgery.  I know for a fact that if I had never had surgery, I would be well over 300lbs right now.  I was 291 at my highest weight.

So Thankful myself!!!

i'm still pretty good with my eating habits, but there are moments, that I know if my stomach was bigger, I'd be eating more, and gaining instead of losing...

And I'm another one that thanks you for your honesty and openness (everyone that shares too), because I knew going in this wouldn't be easy, and hearing your stories not only helped me pre-surgery, but also right now.
