If you are holding steady at 900 then you will need to take in less calories to lose. I would try going down to 700 and see if that moves the scale.

reduce the calls to 700 and as close to zero carbscas possible. 40-50 is way too many

I maintain 136 at 1400 a day.  To lose a pound a week I go to 900.  To maintain 279, you will need about 3000 calories a day.

I maintain (145 +/-) on 1400 as well.  But people are different...

How long have you been working this plan?

If you've added new or more intense exercise, you could be burning fat, but holding on to a lot of water. New and hard exercise will stall you for sure.

In my experience, whenever you've been maintaining or gaining and cut back, there is always a three week stall to go through.
