Capsules

Can we process capsule? I went to a new NP because I changed ins. I feel like I have something stuck at the center of my ribs. She wants me to try omeprazole capsules because I have other symptoms. Does anyone else take this? How will this help the stomach?

I have to take the ursidiol capsules for my gallbladder for 6 months post op (I am 2 months now) so I would say yes.

At my centre we were told we can take capsules 3 months post op. Before that we had to break them open and swallow the contents of dissolve them in food.

Omeprazole is a PPI to reduce stomach acid. I took it for a month after WLS.

Can we take gel caps?

I was told no on the gel caps.
