Hi. I'm trying to find a good multivitamin post-gastric bypass that does not contain more than 25mcg of K. K is the antidote to warfarin/coumadin, so I need to limit my intake of K. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am having a heck of a time finding a multivitamin that fits the bill. Thank you for your help!
