Drinking Water??????????

I'm pretty sure that it is the pH of the water that causes us issues. Adding crystal lite makes it more acidic which helps some folks. My tummy likes more alkaline water, so I drink the safeway brand Refreshe water which has baking soda added and sits better in my tummy. Or try adding a pinch of baking soda to your water to make it more alkaline.
