Honestly I never lifted any weights until after I reached goal.. I walked all the time and I did zumba 2-3 times a week..

Its been a really long time since I have seen you on here,
I still lurk on here but dont usually post.
I have lost a total of 110 pounds, I weigh 125 now, I was wanting to stop at 135 also but I just keep losing, ha,ha.
Its ok with me though!
I lost my ass and boobs, I will be looking into plastics too, It is really good to here from you!
