What LIFE CHANGES have you made since VSG ??
My life really has changed so much!
-I want to go places and do things more than ever before.
-I love clothes shopping
-Eat more seafood and enjoy it
-No more fast foods
-No drinking for 30 minutes after meals
-I weigh my portions all the time
-a LOT LESS anxiety in social situations
-Flying doesn't bother me...I fit in the seat fine with room to spare.
-I just feel happier!

Gosh, there are so many...off the top of my head:
* I discovered I ENJOY exercise and miss it when I can't work out.
* I don't mind being on the other end of the camera.
* I am not as terrified of pubic speaking and worried about everyone staring at me when I do.
* I am out there PARTICIPATING and ENJOYING life, not just sitting by watching everyone else do their thing.
* I love clothes shopping and black is the last color option I select from the rack now. I love bright colors and prints, which I avoided because I didn't want to draw attention to myself.
* I don't mind veggies as much as I used to.
* I don't feel guilty leaving food on my plate.
* I can enjoy a treat without feeling the need to eat all of it.
* I am willing to publicly discuss my weight (haven't done that in my whole life!)
that's a start of my list anyway!
