S: 1 small chocolate covered strawberry (they have been staring at me for 2 days!)
L: 2 oz smoked salmon, 5 crackers, 1/2 tbsp. cream cheese, 2 bites of apple
S: 5 small shrimp
D: 2 oz grilled chicken, 2 bites of lettuce with very little southwest dressing
I have not met my protein goal but will have a protein shake tonight.
