B: hard boiled egg
S: greek yogurt
L: 3 turkey meatballs, 1/4 cup speghetti sauce, 1/8 cup italian blend cheese
S: none, too full from lunch still!!!
D: left over grilled chicken breast

Exercise: beach volleyball tonight

Water: a little behind but will catch up soon!

Vits: good

S: 1 small chocolate covered strawberry (they have been staring at me for 2 days!)
L: 2 oz smoked salmon, 5 crackers, 1/2 tbsp. cream cheese, 2 bites of apple
S: 5 small shrimp
D: 2 oz grilled chicken, 2 bites of lettuce with very little southwest dressing

I have not met my protein goal but will have a protein shake tonight.

water: 50oz, 10 more to go

Lunch-homemade salad with 3 ounces of chicken tenderloin

late afternoon-3.5ounces of chicken tenderloin

dinner- 4 aspargus spears

S: Small piece Birthday Cake (co-worker)
L: Mini Meatloaf
S: SF Mocha/Coffee Protein Shake blended with ice (frappe style)
D: Blueberry Greek Yogurt with few sprinkles of granola
S: String Cheese & Almonds
Maybe a couple of SF Fruit bars before bed
