You look great! I can't wait to have my kids sit in my lap like this last picture. I always feel so bad when they want to sit with me but my fat took their seat! Keep up the hard work!
In the beginning I would do something like this
Breakfast- 1 scrambled egg with some milk and cheese added into the egg and 1-2 slices turkey bacon
or 1pk of instant oatmeal and turkey bacon usually I can only eat 1/2 of the oatmeal
Snacks- string cheese or some greek yogurt plain with SF preserves added with splenda
Lunch- Hamburger patty with cheese / or krystal burger with cheese I eat only the bottom or top bun
1/4 of grilled chicken salad or 1/4 grilled chicken baked potato
(Now I may eat 2 hot wings from KFC)
Dinner - Some kind of baked chicken with small side salad/veggies
Tonight we are having meatloaf mac n cheese and corn
I may have some meatloaf or eat a stuffed crab my hubby bought on sunday.
I am by no means a strict sleeve person. I need to get back on track. I have been eating so much junk this week (PMS) and never have been up on exercise. I am going to start drinking a protein shake a day and cut out a meal.
