One Year Post-Op with Pics

As far as plastics go....I desperately want them...and I was kind of surprised at the overhaul that most of the PS I consulted with recommended...pretty much the works was suggested (LBL, UBL, BL/BA, arm lift)...and before these consults, I didn't think I looked that bad. LOL...but seriously I thought I could just do a "mommy makeover"...ie...tummy tuck/boob job...won't give the best results, I guess, but...oh well...I will have to wait and see....not ready for so much work yet...scares the heck out of me both emotionally and financially. LOL.
And as far as the question about workouts:
I hired a trainer pre-surgery & have continued just about non-stop throughout....so glad, worth every penny (even if I could have the $$ for plastics now without spending it there)
Weight training 2x weekly (but so much more...she has me doing functional training, and things to keep it interesting, like kettle bells, resistance cables, weighted balls, etc...in the beginning I also walked a lot...outside or on the treadmill...lately I haven't been doing much cardio at all.
