I'm Not Special

Im 6 mos out and scared to death to touch anything outside of protein, green beans and portioned out 6-10 almonds.  It may be boring to some but my fear of screwing up is far too real.

You are good! At what point are you going to introduce new food?

Foamies / slimies are when you eat too much or too fast or something that simply doesn't agree with your new tummy. For me, I felt like I was going to throw up but all I got was thick saliva. I had to spit and spit and spit. Not a nice feeling. MakeS me never want broccoli again.

Thank you!!!! Due to the term "foamies/slimies" I was picturing some pretty horrible things in my head. Yikes! This helps set my mind at rest some.
