this weather is killing me

It's so exciting and scary at the same time.  Eating less than 1200 calories a day is hard.  I did around 1200-1300 and after 4 days of that I would be so hungry I could eat just about everything in sight.  Thankfully this place is a huge help during this journey.  I just wish I could figure out what's really going on in the background of my mind to make this a true success.  Kairk has seemed to do that, but when I ask myself those questions of, "why do I want to eat this?"  My only answer is, because it tastes good! lol

Brandy,

I totally relate. I am in Maine and have been totally depressed since moving here. It has really thrown a wrench into my routine and the changes I made. Thankfully I have maintained my weight loss but want to continue losing which is hard to do feeling depressed about the environment. It is freezing and dark all the time. Thankfully we are moving to Florida in July, I can't wait.

Jessica,  Good for you guys, moving to Florida.  I read that the other day and wished I could move south too.  I hate this weather!  Good luck to you and spring should start peeking out here really soon.  We hope, right?!  lol
