your doing great but expect it to slow down  and stalls are normal

I don't beleave in weighing everyday I weigh once a week at the most some times once a month , I can see that im losing and keep buying smaller cloths so I don't need to drive my self crazy with the daily ups and downs of 1 lb here and there

I stay on my plan 99% of the time so I have to lose (500-800 cal 80 gm, protein ~30, carbs , 65+ oz water)

 enjoy your journey

Thanks! I've always weighed myself every day, years before surgery. I like to pinpoint trends, such as how much weight I gain/lose during my menstrual cycle, with different foods, sodium, etc.

fun post.  over the next year you will have "wow" moments almost daily as you shrink into new clothes and discover things you can do.  keep lovin' that sleeve.  i am over 4 years and still love mine and the new improved life it brought.  diane
