Protein Drinks/Powders

Thanks everyone!! I love being on here, I learn so much. Most of the time I learn even more than my original reason for logging in.  

If you want one that tastes like a chocolate milkshake, I recommend Syntrax Nectar. They have a whole line of sweet flavors including chocolate truffle. That is probably my favorite one that I have tried. I mix a scoop of it with a tablespoon of peanut butter and 8 oz skim milk.

jay Robbs my fav use it in anything vanilla coffee every morning I am really not a shake makers LAZY! but thats and th unsury chicken broth my fav!

I am just now going back to protein drinking to shrink sleeved back down at a stall so back to rininking basics
