Waiting for things to be different...

Hi there - I feel like I could have written this!! I had the sleeve on 4/14 and I've lost 16 lbs. I lost 16lbs on the 4wk Optifast, so 32 total. I have been at 238 for 2 weeks now!!! I'm totally frustrated, but keep thinking, it's got to move I'm following the plan to the letter. I share your frustration and nice to know I'm not the only one experiencing this. Like you, I've had a pretty easy road and for that I'm so blessed and grateful. But this scale has got to move!! I guess we can both laugh about this down the road but right now not so funny:)
Exactly!! It's definitely nice to know that I'm not alone. And you're right - I'll have more perspective once I've moved a little further down the road, but it's hard being in the middle of it. Good luck to us both! :)
