Greek yogurt
I have the Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt and I certainly wouldn't eat it plain--it tastes like very thick sour cream to me. Much too "tangy." BUT I have been adding sugar-free flavored Torani syrups to it and that makes it much more palatable. My two favorite flavors are black cherry and raspberry. I put about a TBSP of syrup to every 3 TBSP yogurt. I like things sweet so you might not need that much.
Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt has a vanilla that is delicious. After you can eat a little more solids try it with Nature Valley Oats and Honey Protein Cereal. 1 cup of yogurt is 80 cal and 12 gms protein the cereal is 120 cal for 1/4 cup and 10 gms of protein. So 22gms of protein for 200 calories. Very filling
The only way I like yogurt is frozen into popsicles. I mix plain yogurt with Syntrax fuzzy navel, spoon it into popsicle molds, and freeze it. Delicious and high in protein!

once you are allowed soft foods, you might try the plain fage zero fat with just a little dab of honey. thats what i did and still do. also the sugar free flavored syrups are great. my hubby loves raspberry but i like the pumpkin pie flavor. and a little protein powder mixed in is good. also try a little single serving container of sugar free pudding mixed with an equal amount of gy. it tastes like cheese cake. early on you won't be able to eat the whole thing but just save it for later. you will find your tastes change after surgery. its mysterious and very interesting. all my protein drinks seemed sickeningly sweet. tart things may seem better to you. gl. diane
