You are never going to eat as little as you eat that first month. That's just reality. And losing a pound isn't "no stupid progress". It's losing a pound. You lost about a pound over 5 days. Which is less than a week.
My entire time I would lose 1 pound one week and then a big amount the next week. I did weigh myself every day but I only counted my weigh-ins on Mondays so that's all I recorded. At first that "big amount" was 4 pounds but over time it went down to 3-4, then 2-3, then 1-2. But pretty much every other week it was always 1 pound no matter what it was the week before. I assume that was due to my cycle.
