You would be pretty much guaranteed to lose the weight if you follow what Luvs2Cruise does.....

Great advice given by successful vets.
Since it wasn't really what you were planning, you should read, read, read about the sleeve, how it works, how to maximize the restriction, etc. After reading more and more long term statistics, I think you might be happy you ended up w/ the sleeve. Best of luck as you start this new life!
If you are willing to change your eating and activity behaviors, then yes it is certainly possible.
There are several folks here who have done it. I'm close to being one of them, at 173 pounds gone, 190 isn't that far off. I'm aiming to get 225 pounds off and I have no reason to believe I won't get there, but I have radically changed how I eat and how I move--my sleeve is helping, but it's the behavior changes that have really made the difference.
