Official one-derland pic! Before and after...I would have never worn this before!
Thank you Tlove!! I am one of the slower losers, believe it or not. I tend to stall for 2-3 weeks every month, excluding month 1. I do a shake (Isopure Zero carb Vanilla 1 scoop and Click Mocha espresso 1 scoop) in the AM, I am a big fan of the P3 protein lunchables for lunch and for dinner I try to do some type of protein for dinner. For snacks, I really like string cheese, or I will drink a Premier Protein RTD Stawberry shake. I have not been the very best at food choices the last month, esp with drinking a little wine here and there. What I have discovered, is its so much easier to eat right, when you keep whats right in the house. So I keep Yogurt, string cheese, etc around so I am not so tempted :)
Thanks! I have a shake usually in the morning as well. I just bought some of those P3 packs as well. I also have two little kids, so there are always goldfish and pretzel sticks around. I'll just pop a few in my mouth sometimes on auto pilot!
I track everything I eat and get around 800 calories a day. How about you?
Oh I forgot to mention! 40 lbs down in 2 months is awesome You are doing great!! I was probably right about the same place as you at that time. I also forgot to mention, I will usually always do another shake before bed too. So 2 total, sometimes 3 if I have one mid-day. I also have a 5 yr old and 2 yr old, so I totally relate to having the snacks around. I just try to not eat it at all. If I want to feel like I am having a treat, I buy the sugar free pudding or sugar free popcicles :) or have a yogurt, then I am pretty full. Don't get me wrong, I do eat the wrong stuff sometimes too, none of is are perfect - but what keeps me away from it, it seeing that scale go down! I tell my self, I did not do this major surgery, to go back to where I was. No way, now how I would say I am about 800 cals a day too. sometimes a bit higher. They say to stay between 600-700 for good weight loss.
