If you have BCBS of Illinois like I do. Then all they want is for you to have a BMI over 40 or with health issues 35 and that you have a NUT consultation.

Congrats on your decision! I too began my.journey back in may and i was sleeved on oct 7 so far its great down 22 lbs in a week... this is probably the best decision of your life and i wish you the greatest of luck and health. Feel free to get in touch.
