Good luck & TRUST THE PROCESS!!  I can guarantee two things:  1) You will have setbacks, so be prepared to work through them!! And 2) You will FEEL so much better physically within just a few weeks!!  I have only lost 35 lbs since my initial consult, but I already feel so much better!! :)

Thank You, I will trust in the process! I know those hurtles will come along, but I'll be ready. This is not some kind of fad diet, this is a lifestyle change. I'm sooo looking forward to feeling better overall! Congrats on your weightloss so far. KEEP IT UP,

good luck. youll do fine, I know what you mean about when you get to the hospital. im a week in a half out from mine and its different. add me to your friends list and well chat sometime. remember to get up and walk well in hospital its better to walk the gas out then have problems in bed.

Congrats and good luck! Rememeber to walk, walk, walk after surgery! It will lead to a speedy recovery!

It will all be good in the end.  I was sleeved on Friday.  There were a few bumps during at the surgery center.  I was scheduled for 8:30...didn't go until 3.  I was home by 8.  The first few day you will be tired and sore.  I am doing better at getting the clear fluids in and even some protein.  Take it one day at a time. Each day it is getting better and better.
