WHAT FOOD DID YOU LOVE BUT NOW THAT YOU ARE SLEEVED HATE OR VICE VERSA
My tastes haven't changed at all. What I eat has changed, of course, but I still like and dislike the things I liked before.

Presleeve I never craved veggies, either cooked or salads. Now I do. I had a plate of veggies for dinner- who knew. Newly sleeved I was hyper sensitive to sweet, but no longer. Alas, my wicked sweet tooth persevered. Newly sleeve I had a hard time with cottage cheese (not keeping it down or anything, but texture/flavor). That has also since adjusted.

I used to hate fish but now we eat it a few times a week.
I also used to drink a LOT of coffee but now I am lucky to get a whole cup down before it gets cold.

2 1/2 months out and I absolutely LOVE me some veggies. Never cared for them before.
Pork is still a little rough for me at this stage, but I think it's because I can eat a little more of it before feeling the restriction kick in, so a couple of oz can make me miserable for a while.
Breads, tortillas, rolls, and buns don't make me feel all that good anymore so I avoid em.
I want a glazed donut so bad I'd do a backflip for one. (400 lb backflip, that's entertainment!) I don't think my sleeve would like it very much. So, no donuts!
Acquired a taste for spicy stuff, Tabasco, buffalo sauce, jalapeño relish, stuff like that. All loaded with sodium so I limit them too.
Never was much of a coffee drinker either, but now I kinda like a 16 ozer in the morning, loaded with vanilla protein of course.
I still don't worry much about calories because I can't hold a whole serving of anything yet.
Hopefully, this will stay the same for awhile, especially the donut thing. I might be able to pull off the backflip at 250lb. Lol
