Calories from Vitamins

I ordered pure calcium citrate from Amazon. It comes in powder form and about 1/2 tsp added to a protein shake is all you need. No calories that way. Might be worth a shot for you.

Not to mention that gummy vitamins are incomplete compared to their partner chewables.  Centrum does the trick, and it comes in chewable if you need it. (I never did)

just to clarify, most of my vitamins are "chews" (like a Starburst), not gummy. does the same hold true for those?

You know, I don't think the NUT even suggested we count the cals from vitamins. She was more interested in making sure we used the best servings of vitamins possible vs crappy levels.

All of my vitamins are tablets, and they don't list having ANY calories.
