hmm I don't consider 48 lbs slow, that's huge. celebrate yourself.

congrats to you...I know that feeling..I was excited to no end like you very slow loser but the longer I stay on OH I see many more slow losers also. since I reached onderland'm down to 196 lbs. and hover back and forth a pound. but I know my body and as long as its on the downward direction I keep doing the right things and will keep losing.. Congrats again...

When did you have your surgery? Thanks for the congrats. We are pretty similar in weight.

Hi. I had my surgery Dec. 12.12.14 just before Christmas...Yes I see your surgery was right before mine...As long as I do the right things and don't let myself fall into a pattern of bad befavoir Ill be fine and my goal..I have to be careful not to be too confident..you know what I mean. this is s lifetime journey...
