I'm working on kicking the funk to the curb. I took a nice long walk this afternoon and that helped some. I'm sure I will be fine in a day or two. I think I'm going to have to try your Butter Cheese Puff. It sounds interesting and I could mix protein powder into it for an extra boost of protein. That's always a bonus for me.

I know what you mean - I enjoy visiting with people more now than I used to, since I can do so much more!  I really feel like this new life I'm living has improved all of my relationships as well.

I might have a snack before aikido tonight, and I'm going out to see my PCP this afternoon in order to figure out what to do next about my copper toxicity.  (My partner's copper is great which rules out an environmental issue.)

For my 10k training today I had "strides" for the first time.  This is basically running all out for 20 second bursts.  It was so much fun!!  And in two weeks I get to add a pilates class to my Tuesdays!  I'm also super excited about that.

1: frankenshake
2: leftover wawa tuna salad bowl
3: slow cooker chicken fajita chili - this will have a lot of chipotle catering leftovers in it.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:05:29 10k training for a total of 3.57 miles (3 miles + strides), 30 min yoga stretching (intermediate stretches for runners), 60 min yoga class, 60 min aikido class

20 seconds?? That seems like a big interval to start with but I think I'm still a bit of a wimp with my interval training. It is definitely something I am working on improving though. Your chipotle leftovers are making my mouth water each day.
