Tracy D - So glad to hear that you are doing well - even with the codeine allergy (that's just wrong)!! I've been traveling the past week and was wondering how you were doing.

I agree that eating healthy is so much easier when you aren't surrounded with a ton of bad choices hanging around your house - whether you can drive or not! HA!
