Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday

I never got to play this game but I used to read it like crazy in the months before my surgery.

B - coffee

L - about a half a cup baked onion rice, I don't weigh my food but I'd say it'd constituted to half (probably slightly less than) a boneless/skinless fried chicken breast and a pat of real butter.

D - probably more rice and chicken if my kids didn't eat it all, I have overtime tonight so I won't be cooking

S - depends really, I have some dark chocolate calling my name

Water - I will tell ya, I have never since I had the surgery drank the recommended water. I drink probably about 24 oz of tea with splenda and a cup of coffee (real sugar/creamer) and that's it on a daily basis, no soda, didn't drink it much before and don't drink it but maybe once a month now. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't do that much liquid. I hate feeling sloshy!

S - nuts & grapes

D - meatballs stuff w/ mozzarella

S - yogurt w/ berries

E - maybe yoga, but kind of sick

W - on track

V - so not in the habit anymore

Mmmm...meatballs stuff with mozzarella sounds delicious! I'm going to have to give that a try soon. Hope you feel better soon!
