Wow...you look great and have done a super job!

I love your no nonsense attitude. I think we all need to get real when we start this process. I am older and felt it was my only option or die from obesity related medical issues. I wasn't so much focused on losing the weight to look better, but b/c I was getting sicker.

I had surgery a week ago and it has also been smooth sailing. I like what you say about taking care of yourself b/c no one else will. I took care of clients, family and friends while I got heavier and sicker. you gotta pay attention.

Keep up the good work...you are an inspiration!

You look amazing! Thanks for sharing. I am having surgery next Tuesday and it really helps to see great results like yours. May I ask, how is your hair so healthy? I'm concerned about hair loss. I was going to start Biotin, but many are complaining about excessive hair where they least want it.

I did not use Biotin. I had a friend use it that did not have surgery. She was looking for thicker hair. Unfortunately it gave her hair growth everywhere!! As soon as I started losing my hair I went to my stylist and cut it off. I figured my hair would look fuller with a short sassy cut as opposed to my long hair! Good luck to you!

Terrific job, and a crazy awesome job staying focused and not derailing despite some major stress there! I guess I didn't even realize there were leagues for older women to play hoops. I think I might just check that out to use as a goal once the surgeries are done- what  a pile of fun that would be! Take good care of yourself!
