B: coffee with almond milk

S: enlightend broad beans 

L: Click protein shake

S: Kays Natural's Protein Cookies Mocha Expresso

D: Activa Light Greek yogurt with Dixie Diner Soy Nutlette cereal (crunchy like grape nuts, 140 cals, 25 g protein, 9 g fiber and 1 serving is too much even if that is all you eat0 if you try this be warned it expands after you eat it so do a quarter portion first!)

S: Enlightened broad beans

Crazy lazy today with food. This is why I keep easy items in stock that keep me on plan, satisfy the sweet tooth, etc. If I didn't have this around, it would have been junk food all day.

What the heck are enlightened broad beans?  My curiosity is killing me.

i'm on vacation on Kauai right now, but have been sticking to healthy foods and lots of protein.

B: scrambled egg with a little slice of avocado

S: light string cheese

L: chicken breast

S: Light and Fit yogurt, strawberry

D: going out to dinner, but will have some kind of fish

E: water aerobics and walking 4 miles

V: on track

W: on track

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

That is my new favorite snack! Here is a link. I tried them on one of our weekly trick or treating visits to the snack ladies at Costco. The nutrition profile is pretty awesome given how satisfying they are. 100 calories, 7g protein, 3 g fiber, low fat (if that matters to you)... super crunchy salty type snack. And totally works to quell any hunger until dinner- literally the most satisfying 100 calories from a "I was hungry and now I am not" stand point. My favorite flavor is the sriracha. Havn't tried the garlic or wasabi though.
