Thanks, Frisco for your no nonsense approach.  Thank you for your many informative posts.  At 2 1/2 years out it is easy to see I could gain all of this weight back in a heartbeat.  I refuse to do that.  I keep my carbs down.  When I don't,  the demon food monster sets in and I am up to no good.  I agree with what you always say that you are still fighting the battle.  Just because the outward package looks fine, does not mean the struggle is over.  Best advice- eat under your sleeve.  When I am heading down a bad path, I am just eating more than I need.

Great to "see" you! I'm glad you checked in and showed your before and afters. It is wonderful to see how well you are doing. As for your extra 7 - If I can shed my regain, so can you! Just go back to what works and like you said the being honest part is crucial.

Nancy..You look fantastic. Thanks for posting and for your pictures. You look 20 years younger in the After Picture. I also had my VSG in my 60's...at age 62...and am so happy I did. At almost 10 months out, I have lost 88 pounds, and feel much better than I did 20 years ago. I am so thankful for my VSG! :-) Kay

Thanks, Kay. I do feel younger.  The weight really slows you down.  I think it is important to let others know that it is not too late to reap the benefits, even in our 60's.  I can see you are doing so well. Best wishes.
