Help, I am losing my hair

I'm 7 months out and have had pretty much no hair loss yet ::keeping fingers crossed::! I am always 80g (or more) of protein a day, never skip my daily multi-vitamin or biotin, and use Biotin shampoo from Organix. I don't know if any of those contributed or if I am just lucky but I figure none of that stuff would hurt and so far, so good.

i lost a good amount of hair starting at the 4 month mark and through what felt like was 6 months.  All of a sudden i see all of this new growth and i think i'm back to normal.  i take biotin, but i swear its affected the hair on my body too.  so idk how effective it is.  i just figure let it run its course.  good luck!

As others have stated, there's no way to stop it, and it's something many of us deal with.

A new haircut can be helpful; I wore my hair in a pixie cut until I was at least a year postop.

I'd also suggest looking into "hair fibers," which is a powder you sprinkle on your scalp. It's basically a makeup that sticks to the hair you DO have to hide any thin spots. I also used dark eyeshadow to fill in the spots where the thinning was very noticeable.
