Hello Flynn,

I am a newbie my surgery is set for Apr 28th and I'm getting a little nervous. Can I ask you the days immediately after surgery was you able to do the water sips ok, get all the water required down?

Yes I don't have a problem with water but i found the sports bottles are the easiest to get the mos****er down ..

mice chips help the first few days too

Also now  the days I exercise I get more water down as I can finish a whole bottle in that hour ..

Don't be nervous I am so happy !

last week my pregnant daughter in law got admitted to hospital 2 months early (very stressful to say the least) and  not to make it about me but if I didn't do the surgery I would be looking at an extra 15 lbs of stress 

 Good luck it is going to change your life !!!

The 3 week stall is very normal- don't sweat it. Usually when the scale is not moving so much, you lose inches. Measure yourself and keep a record, as it will help you to see results from different perspectives- the weight on the scale, and the inches around. Hang in there.
